For this sustainable vegan sushi, we swapped out tuna for tomato that gets a savory seafood flavor from seaweed, tamari and other umami-rich ingredients. The tomato "tuna" tops sushi rice and is finished with a dollop of spicy vegan mayo for nigiri that will delight any sushi lover.

LAY HO MA (how's it going in Cantonese)! I'm Wil Yeung. I am a professional international photographer, filmmaker, and cookbook author. Thank you for joining me on my channel. I hope that we can learn and cook together and create stunning plant based recipes that are restaurant quality but simple to make. Whether you are just starting out, vegan or not, this channel will be a safe space for you to learn and enjoy amazing plant based foods. Let's begin.

In the past few months we have seen a small but controversial number of youtubers who once promoted a vegan diet go back to eating animal products for health reasons.
This has sparked conversation online about many important things, and thatโs why I personally think that all of these โWhy Iโm No Longer Veganโ videos are actually a really good thing.
In this video, I go over the experiences of 23 Youtube influencers who are no longer vegan, compare them, point out the trends, and look at a few "What I Eat In A Day" videos from some of the most influential ones to see how calorically + nutritionally adequate they were.
What I found probably isn't a surprise to many people but I think that we can all benefit from learning how to take better care of our health rather than following 24 year old girls online who don't know anything about nutrition.
Dr. Neal Barnard explains three shocking plant-based studies on diabetes, heart disease and cancer, respectively.
