โฐ Baked Apples + Pears Oats
Serves 2
1 apple
2 pears
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp kosher salt, 2 pinches ground cloves
1 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup soy milk
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
Preheat the oven to 375. Cut the fruit into bite sized pieces. Add the maple and spices and toss well to coat. Bake for 30 minutes or until very tender.
In the meantime, add the oats, water, soy milk and salt to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 8 minutes or until thickened. Stir occasionally. Add the vanilla at the end and distribute between two bowls. Top with the baked fruit and a drizzle of nut butter :)

Today, I'm gonna show you that being #vegan is not a limitation and you can make every food everywhere.

Ingredients:
_Mushroom
_eggplant
_zucchini
_olive oil
_potato
_lime
_onion
_garlic
_barbecued pepper
_salt and chili

I first sliced all the ingredients, mixed them and then barbecued.I also roasted all the overleft ingredients and smashed them with the bottom of a glass to make a strudel.

As you see in the video, I'd made the bread dough before and decided to make the strudel in nature.

The ingredients to bake fresh bread:

When I baked the bread, I took the extra bread dough and filled it using the strudel contents and gave it some time to be baked well .

And this is how we cooked a yummy food in nature without any animal violence and life is still life even with no animal products.๐๐

Hey guys, we were talking wit Douglas about this nice valley near to Acahay in Paraguay. He is locking for some vegan people to save the forest in this area and plant some new trees.
I decided to try out a new camera on my last outing and thought this would be a simple but fun experiment, I had to cut some shots and the camera is going back as I prefer my old one so this is just a little extra vid from the experiment. In case anyone was wondering my old camera is a Canon Eos M3 and I tried out the Sony ZV-1 here which was just unsuitable for what I do and how I do it.

Queso Dip Recipe:
1 and 1/2 cups raw cashews
3 tbl nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup hot water
Put all in the Vitamix and blend on high for a few minutes until steaming and creamy :)
โMozarellaโ Recipe
1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked &
drained)
1 & 1/4 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1& 1/2 tbl nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Add soaked cashews, water, lemon juice, tapioca starch/flour, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic salt, & jalapeรฑo to a Vitamix. Blend on high for 1 - 2 minutes.
Pour cheese into a small sauce pan, on medium high heat & stir with a wooden spoon constantly for 2 - 4 minutes. The key to this cheese staying smooth & not lumpy is the stirring, so make sure it gets your full attention. As it thickens you will need to scrape the sides, after 2 - 4 minutes, turn down to a low heat & continue to stir until it looks like a very melted cheesy consistency. Its ok to turn off the heat while it still looks a little liquidy, as it will firm up on its own.
