How to Go Vegan on a BUDGET at Walmart 👀🤑

Stay AWAY from processed foods.

The reason they’re so expensive is because you’re buying for convenience.

It’s pre-made, and all you have to do is heat it up.

To minimize your price, focus on whole foods. Things like:

👀 Black beans:

It’s only $2.57 and is rich in amino acids and protein.

👀 Brown rice:

This whole bag is $7.12 and has amino acids to help build lean muscle. It also has healthy carbs and fiber to help your gut health, too.

👀 Extra firm tofu:

This is a GREAT source of protein and per block it’s only $2.48.

👀 Tempeh is also a great option:

These are fermented beans and are $3.20. They’re extremely rich in protein with about 40-70 grams.

If you want more tips like this make sure you follow for more!

"Pamela, where can I find nice, good quality vegan men's shoes?" I get this question a lot from guys who want to move away from leather or already have but don't know what their options are for buying men's shoes. And we're not just talking casual sandals, we're talking nice, dress shoes that would wear to the office, a wedding or out to dinner.

Since I get asked this question a lot, I figured I would dedicate an episode to it, and I am glad I did! I thought I knew what options were out there for men but even I hadn't heard of some of the brands in today's video!

To be sure, there are some brands that aren't mentioned in this video that definitely deserve a look. So, check out just below for links to all of the brands highlighted in this episode, plus more that weren't but that you should know about if you're shopping for stylish vegan men's shoes!

Thanks for joining me as I raid my friend Carl's closet!

xo,
Pamela

This is day 1 of an exercise in which I set myself the task of cooking 6 different meals on a total budget of £4
As usual, there will be rules and permissions - this time though, no animal products, and ambient (shelf-stable) purchased products only.
This video contains the shopping, some foraging and Day 1 of the menu. Teleportation is permitted.

It's important to note: this is NOT an attempt to 'play at being poor'* (although it did make me appreciate things that I normally take for granted), NEITHER is it an attempt to 'prove that people on benefits could get by with less' (in fact if anything, it proves the opposite - because this was a difficult thing to do - that's why it's called a 'challenge').
Primarily, this is an exercise that I set myself specifically to try to provoke a creative response; to nurture or develop transferrable skills of creativity and adaptability.

*nor in this case, make any kind of statement about vegan diets.
